The famous suspension strap

Discovered it at the CrossFit gym. This strap lets you do a very wide range of exercises — the only requirement is an anchor point that holds firm; that part is essential. I attached mine to the wall with concrete anchors and it doesn't move. This kind of strap is not meant to be elastic — that's the whole principle of a strap in this case. Thanks to the many videos available online you can do bodyweight exercises for endurance, strength or volume depending on what you're after. A must-have if you have little equipment at home. Don't hesitate!

Complete set of straps for building muscle

A complete set for suspension training. These straps let you do a variety of exercises — a few are described in the small guide included, and several others can be found online. The set is solid, no question about it: it holds and it's robust. Several configurations are possible. For my part I attach them to my pull-up bar to do inclined or one-handed rows, for example. I haven't tried the leg work yet, but I really appreciate the concept as a complement to more standard training.

Suspension strap

The product is good, with simple and varied attachment systems. It comes with usage instructions, but none for assembly. Contrary to the listing, it isn't elastic — the exercises work against your own bodyweight. Apart from one sentence in French on the packaging, everything is in English. It seems solid, but you need a reliable, sturdy anchor point!
